This is a practical two-day course providing the knowledge and confidence needed to complete effective internal audits.
This five day course provides participants with the core competencies to both implement and audit quality management systems that ensure they meet requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.
The first three days cover how to implement quality management systems within your organisation. The remaining two days provide training on how to audit your quality management systems. Both can also be taken as separate modules:
