Courses of between two to five days are held in Auckland as well as virtually. The same courses can also be held within a company, which has the advantage of the course being tailored to suit the company and savings in the cost.

This five day course provides participants with the core competencies to both implement and audit quality management systems that ensure they meet requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.
The first three days cover how to implement quality management systems within your organisation. The remaining two days provide training on how to audit your quality management systems. Both can also be taken as separate modules:
